The 2011 Chrysler Dodge Avenger is coming with either a Pentastar V6 engine or 2.4-liter four cylinder engine. And just like other Chrysler’s latest creations, the Avenger’s also gets very minor changes from the automaker, include a revamped front fascia and LED tail lamps.
Despite there is spectacular addition on the exterior, buyers can expect an all-new interior. The 2011 Chrysler Dodge Avenger comes with lots of improvements over the previous model. Chrysler has added a plenty of emphasis on quieter cabins for its latest Avenger by mounting extensive sound deadening material to the Avenger’s inner body.
Chrysler is going to improve its image by offering better powertrain options. Customers can now select between a refreshed 2.4-liter inline-four that is equipped with a new six-speed automatic transmission. Or a new 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 which produce 283 HP and 260 pound-feet of torque. Aside from that, Chrysler has extensively re-tuned the Avenger’s suspension system to be more better. Avenger’s height has also been reduced a bit to give a low center of gravity.The Avenger’s front and rear tracks have also been revised by providing an inch wider to accommodate wider tires. Other tuning includes a revised steering to provide a more better control and poise.
The 2011 Dodge Avenger will be hitting the dealerships by December, just in time for Christmas.
