Kia just added a fresh new look to the 2011 Kia Optima, and with upgrades in both appearance and engine. But these upgrades aren’t free, the new Kia Optima’s starting price is now around $1,000 higher over the previous year model, the base model is now priced at $18,995. The 2011 Kia Optima will be available in five trims of Base, LX, EX, EX Turbo, as well as the top-of-the-line SX.

The 2011 Kia Optima Base model now looks more appealing and muscular compared to the previous year model. More standard goodies are added, like power window door locks, Sirius Satellite radio as well as a USB interface for iPods. It comes equipped with a manual transmission.
