Nissan has today unveiled the revised model of its 2011 Nissan Murano, which is slated to go on sale in mid-October 2010. The second generation Nissan Murano was introduced few years ago, now comes with a new look with new grille and bumper, refreshed taillights, as well as a number of interior and content upgrades.
The 2011 Nissan Murano offers new color choices, include a new exterior color of Graphite Blue and a new wood grain hue, a redesigned front end, new 20-inch wheels, a unique rear glass shape, on-board rear roof spoiler, revised rear LED taillights as well as dual exhaust outlets. Inside, The 2011 Nissan Murano offers new audio and entertainment features, an advanced touch screen Nissan Navigation System and many more.
While for the powertrain, the all-new 2011 Muranos are powered by a standard VQ-series 3.5-liter DOHC V6 engine which produces at 260 horsepower and 240 lb-ft of torque. The engine is matched with a Xtronic CVT transmission (front-wheel drive or with an Intuitive All-Wheel Drive system), and Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) as well as Traction Control System (TCS).
The 2011 Nissan Murano will be available in a total of eight versions with the two new addition of SV FWD and SV AWD: S FWD, S AWD, SV FWD, SV AWD, SL FWD, SL AWD, LE FWD as well as LE AWD.
