Nissan has unveiled details on the upcoming Nissan Patrol, the biggest SUV in the automaker’s line-up. Coming with new exterior design and new spacious interior, the new Patrol will challenge the rivals like Toyota Land Cruiser.
Under the 2011 Nissan Patrol's bonnet is a 5.6-litre V8 engine equipped with VVEL (variable valve event and lift) along with DIG (direct injection gasoline) technologies that produce up to 400hp and 550Nm of torque. The SUV comes in four-wheel independent suspension, and offers technologies such as : hydraulic brakes, hill start assist, as well as hill descent control.
