Chevrolet just announced the production model of the 2012 Cruze hatchback ahead of its Geneva debut in a matter of days. The Cruze hatchback will be showcased the automaker's stand in Geneva Auto Show.
Featuring 'sleek coupe-inspired' styling, the 2012 Chevrolet Cruze Hatchback will become available on sale this summer, promising to sport one of the biggest trunks in its class, and a number of new engines, those include a 113 PS (83 kW / 111 hp) 1.6-liter petrol, a 141 PS (104 kW / 139 hp) 1.8-liter petrol, as well as a 150 PS (110 kW / 148 hp) 2.0-liter diesel. The automaker has also named the top spec 2.0-liter diesel engine with 163 hp (122 kW / 165 PS) found in the newly launched Orlando will make it to the 2012 Chevrolet Cruze Hatchback. All these engine options will be coupled with a six-speed manual transmission.
