The British automaker is showcasing the Bentley Supersports Ice Speed Record Convertible, the 'most powerful yet substantially styled' model which commemorates the automaker's world ice speed record which just achieved with the aid of Juha Kankkunen.
Performance wise, the Bentley Supersports Ice Speed Record Convertible is powered by a twin-turbo 6.0-litre 12-cylinder biofuel-burning engine which churns out 640 PS (631 bhp / 471 kW) and 800 Nm (590 lb-ft of torque). The power is sent to the car's AWD system through a Quickshift 6-speed automatic gearbox. The engine was tweaked with new air intake ducts new intercooler as well as exhaust system. The result is 0 to 100 km/h sprint is done in just 3.8 seconds.
Other features include a number of special elements, such as three 'stand-out' exterior colors (Beluga, Quartzite as well as Arctica White), a Dark Grey Metallic soft top, as well as a set of 20-inch 10-spoke design dark tint alloys.
The production model of the Bentley Supersports Ice Speed Record Convertible will be limited to 100 exemplars. Pricing details and release date have not been revealed, so please stay tuned.
