The Mazda MINAGI Concept made its world premiere at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show today, and it acts as a new crossover that would be the first product to mixture Mazda's new SKYACTIV technologies and the KODO design theme.
Aside from that, Mazda MINAGI will also use the latest generation transmission along with chassis technologies. The concept is also representing a preview for the forthcoming production model of CX-5 which will likely become available in the market in the Q4 of 2011.
While for the SKYACTIV technologies, The automaker says their purpose is to cut down average fuel consumption across the lineup by 30% in 2015. Mazda MINAGI / CX-5 will be launched to the global markets to compete with models such as the Audi Q5 and Volkswagen Tiguan.
