After several years of kit building the odd TF Roadster, MG just officially back to the UK. To start the "reawaking," the automaker unveiled the Euro-spec MG 6 which was initially showcased at Auto Shanghai 2009. While the Chinese and UK versions are very identical, the British MG 6 has a better interior and will be manufactured in Birmingham, England.
The Euro-spec MG 6 will be available in three different level of trims, all models come equipped with a turbocharged 1.8-liter four-cylinder petrol engine that churns out 160 PS (118 kW / 158 hp), power windows / locks, keyless ignition, along with AC. Option goodies include leather seats, GPS navigation, cruise control, as well as a rear view camera.
The Euro-spec MG 6 will become available on sale in April, while 1.9-liter diesel version will join the lineup in early 2012.
