Mini just released the Mini Rocketman concept which was inspired from the original 1959 Mini. The Mini Rocketman concept measures a compact 3,419mm of length, 1,907mm of width and 1,398mm of height.
The overall design is very appealing with Bermuda grey body. Furthermore, the concept car sports a wraparound greenhouse, a glass roof (with optical illumination), LED headlights, projector-style taillights, as well as a set of 18-inch lightweight wheels.
On the cabin, the concept car offers a 3+1 seating arrangement which is simple yet comfortable. The interior is flushed with trendy style as there is leather or Alcantara upholstery, carbon fiber accents, painted trim, as well as fiber-optic lighting. For technological features, the Rocketman offers a 3D infotainment system, in-car internet connectivity, portable central control unit as well as a trackball that is connected into the steering wheel.
There is no details on engine at this point, but MINI saying that the Rocketman is offering an average fuel consumption of 3 Liter per 100km ( 78 mpg US). Check out the Mini Rocketman concept photos and press release below for more information.
