Hyundai has finally unveiled their smallest car offering ever to the Indian market on Thursday, called Hyundai Eon. This new city car is marketed in India to be a decent competitor for the best-selling vehicle in the country, the Maruti-Suzuki Alto.
The Eon measures at 3,495mm long, 1,500mm tall, 1,550mm wide, and with wheelbase length of 2,380mm, make it a bit more compact than the i10 hatchback (3,585mm long). The new Eon hatchback is powered by an 800 cc three-cylinder petrol engine with only 56 horsepower and has combining Indian cycle of 21.1 km/l. The engine is coupled to a standard five-speed manual gearbox.'
Pricing wise, the Eon is available in six trim levels with prices begin from 269,999 rupees to 371,869 rupees.
