Aston Martin has teamed up with the well-known boutique French fashion brand Colette to develop a special limited edition Cygnet city car called 'Cygnet & Colette'. There are only 14 units of the limited edition car will be available on sale with price begins at €48,995.

The limited edition 'Cygnet & Colette' has Lightning Silver exterior paint with colette blue styling details including a race-inspired front bumper and bonnet livery, blue rimmed grille, mirror caps and custom blue road alloy wheels. While for the interior, the car features 'bitter chocolate' themed interior finish inspired from the fashion house's mascot Oscar, the chocolate-brown Labrador.

Other highlights include the stainless-steel badges for the door handles, quilted Alcantara sun visors, quilted leather door and seat cushions, ‘Cygnet & Colette’ badging on satellite navigation start up, special ‘Cygnet & Colette’ solid aluminium key as well as 'Cygnet & Colette' badging throughout the cabin and exterior.

The Cygnet & colette edition can be ordered via the French firm's high tech flagship store with first delivery to begin in the end of the year.

Gaydon, 23 June, 2011 - Aston Martin has joined forces with Parisian fashion authority colette to produce the strictly limited edition; ‘Cygnet & colette' luxury city car.
To celebrate the collaboration, 14 examples of the ‘Cygnet & colette' city car will be hand-crafted via the company's ultimate personalisation service; Aston Martin Works Tailored which offers limitless options personalised precisely to customer specification through the marque's world famous Works Service facility.
The Aston Martin design team worked closely with their counterparts at colette to create the striking limited edition which features Lightning Silver paint with exclusive colette blue styling details including a race collection inspired front bumper and bonnet livery, mirror caps and diamond turned road wheels. The Bitter Chocolate themed interior takes inspiration from colette's mascot Oscar, the chocolate-brown Labrador.
The Works Tailored team has created unique ‘Cygnet & colette' elements including:
