JE Design has a special tuning kit for the VW Touareg, including the R-Line model, adding a new wide-body kit, suspension lowering, new wheels plus a performance boost over the whole Touareg range.

First of all, the tuner added new bodykit which consists of a new front spoiler, sport front grille, front & rear widening wheel arches, a tailgate panel as well as a rear apron insert. Furthermore the Touareg also received new 22-inch wheels with ultra high-performance tires plus wheel spacer kit (30 mm front / 40 mm rear) and also a suspension-lowering module that reduces the height by 35 mm.

For performance boost, the tuner used a dual-exhaust system with stainless steel oval pipes and an ECU remap to dial the output up from the 4.2 liter TDI engine found on the model. As result, the engine is now producing 410 PS (302 kW / 404 hp) and 930 Nm (686 lb-ft), instead of 340 PS (250 kW / 335 hp) and 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) of torque. This allows the Touareg to complete 0-62 mph sprint in 5.4 seconds with a top speed of 167 mph (269 km/h).
