The Hamann Hawk will make its world premiere at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show tomorrow. The modified car is based on the Mercedes SLS AMG.
The Hamann Hawk comes with an Everose Gold exterior paint job and sports a wind tunnel tested body kit. The Hamann Hawk also features a new front bumper fascia with LED lights and modified air inlets, carbon fiber hood, fender flairs, side skirts, rear bumper fascia with diffuser,carbon fiber wing round out the body kit, four progressively wound springs, a coilover suspension and Hamann's 21-inch double-spoke design black alloys with performance tires.
In terms of performance, the 6.2-liter V8 engine is tweaked with high-performance titanium exhaust manifolds, a remapped engine control unit, and sports catalysts while a sports air filter is now applied on the intake side. With this configuration, power output is improved to 636 PS (628 bhp / 468 kW) from the stock model's 571 PS (420 kW / 563 hp). The Hamann Hawk is now able to sprint from 0 to 62 mph in just 3.6 seconds with atop speed of up to 320 km/h (199 mph).
